I pay enough taxes, why should I help the OEF?

Your property taxes remain the most important source of funding for Oakland’s schools. However, due to rising costs in many areas, the school budget does not provide for some of the improvements that can benefit students and further our school district’s top rating.

How can I help?

Keep informed and support our fundraising efforts!  Attend our Annual Events and buy raffle tickets. Donations are tax-deductible and eligible for matching gift programs if your company offers one. If you’d like to join the Foundation, please contact us.
