The OEF has launched new fundraising events to increase donations that support Oakland’s K-8 Schools.  Since July of 2011 a total of $15,000 has been raised as a result of these efforts.

Yankees tickets raffle – Four tickets plus parking passes were generously donated by a local family and raffled by the OEF at the Town Carnival.

Eat for the OEF – On select weekdays this coming Spring, various local restaurants will donate 10% of their proceeds of that days sales to the foundation.

“Serving Up Education” Tennis Event - The event, held October 15th, included donations by the Venetian, as well as sponsorships from local businesses and residents. read more…

Teacher and Staff Appreciation – Residents honored 92 educators and staff throughout Oakland schools the holiday season and at the end of the school year.  Teachers and staff receive certificates of appreciation as donations are made in their name. read more…

TD Bank Affinity Program – Residents and business have shown their support of the OEF by associating their TD bank account with the Affinity Program – TD Bank will give an annual grant to OEF based on the number of accounts associated with the program. read more…
